Amadasun Insight was founded by Beverley Amadasun, a highly accomplished event manager with over 13 years of experience and a track record of successfully overseeing more than 10,000 events.

Drawing on her vast expertise, Bev launched Amadasun Insight to offer top-tier event consultancy services to some of the most respected names in the industry.

Bev’s work has been particularly influential at Microsoft's sites in London, Edinburgh, Reading, and Manchester, where she served as the Events Coordinator and UK Events Manager for Sodexo Ltd. From organising large-scale corporate conferences, such as annual developer events and accessibility-focused gatherings, to managing partner summits and technical workshops, Bev has consistently delivered outstanding results. 

Bev's expertise extends beyond logistics and on-site coordination. She has a keen eye for incorporating cutting-edge technologies and interactive formats, particularly in virtual and hybrid events. Her meticulous planning has ensured smooth execution, and her efforts have fostered strong connections between companies and their stakeholders, including partners, clients, and employees. 

A strong advocate for sustainability and inclusivity, Bev ensures that every event she manages is not only impactful but also environmentally conscious and accessible to all. Her passion for creating inclusive environments led her to provide expert consultation services to help clients achieve events that are welcoming and engaging for everyone.

Together with the events team, they spearheaded initiatives to create more inclusive and equitable environments for events at Microsoft, promoting the use of accessibility features and assistive technologies among customers, partners, and communities. 

Outside of the corporate world, Bev has made a big splash in the music scene. She’s been a key supporter of live DJ events, working closely with promoters like KonpaLondon, Haitian Music Promoters, who recently hosted Mele 'Friday in London. This was more than a concert to Bev, it was a celebration of resilience, joy, and community. People from all walks of life came together to dance, sing, and feel the unifying power of music. 

This event offered a unique and unforgettable glimpse into the heart and soul of Haiti. Through her varied experiences, Bev realised the importance of expert event planning that prioritises inclusivity and accessibility. This inspired her to launch Amadasun Insight, a consultancy. This awareness led her to establish Amadasun Insight, a consultancy dedicated to ensuring event success by helping both small and large organisations address potential challenges with event management, while making sure every attendee feels welcomed and engaged.
